I live in a house style flat with one man living alone below.
We have had small issues with him in the past nothing major.
Over the past couple of months about 4 times his smoke alarm has started going off one time my partner had to go down to help him shut it off. After that he told us it's because he sleep walks and he was cooking in his sleep but not to worry he's seeing a doctor about it.
We live here with my four year old and tonight at 2 am it's happened again twice. I can't sleep I'm so worried he's going to set a massive fire and we will be in danger. I don't really know what to do I know I should report it too the council but I'm scared of causing issues because he knows when I'm here alone!
