My OH is retiring soon and is keen to move to Ireland because of cheaper house prices. He's been looking at Waterford/Wexford but also happy to consider further afield. No children, 2 dogs and one elderly parent living with us. We don't go out much but would like to be within 20 miles of a good sized town with shopping, hospital, theatre and pretty countryside. We like the coast. Our budget is around £300,000. Can anyone recommend a nice area please?
