Plain net curtains or patterned?

I’m thinking of trying plain net curtains rather than patterned (which look like doilies to me) ones. Anyone else have plain net curtains. If so, pros/cons? In terms of light through, privacy etc and what gather do you think is optimal?

I hate net curtains. Blinds are mucho nicer OP :)

I only have one net curtain on the inside of the front door. It’s plain, flowy and long with little sequins that catch the light.

It’s honestly up to you what you prefer. Have a good google for window coverings and see what catches your eye.
