Does anyone remember a book called Diving In from the mid 90s?

About a girl named Collette meeting a boy named Art(hur?) and embarking on a sexual relationship? I really enjoyed them but remember finding the way the characters used CAPITALS whenever they EMPHASISED certain WORDS really irritating!

Yes! There were three of them I think. In The Deep End was the second and I want to say the third came out a while later and was Sink or Swim. Loved them, I was obsessed.

Me too! Got the first one free with Bliss magazine and I thought it was the best thing ever. You can read them for free if you have Kindle unlimited: www.amazon.co.uk/Diving-Coll-Art-Quartet-Book-ebook/dp/B00ETCFW0S/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&s=digital-text&keywords=diving+in&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&qid=1595240304&sr=1-1

Wait. Amazon says there’s a 4th one. How did I miss that?

Didn't the BBC do an adaption of this? BBC2 I think, I think it was late noughties though rather than the 90s.

Ooh, didn't know about the fourth one, but the other three are still on my book shelves!

Yes (also got a free copy with Bliss!). I loved this book, but never managed to get the sequels and was gutted. I’m not sure that if I read them now they’ll be quite as exciting as they were when I was 14!

I’m now wondering if I got mine free with Bliss. I expect so. I was a huge Bliss fan and an even bigger free books fan.
