Any suggestions or advice for a policy which doesn't cost a small fortune, for a current provisional driver policy which will convert into a passed driver policy (fingers crossed she passes)

We used Marmalade when our kids were learning then we used Ingenie once they'd passed. They had a black box but there were no restrictions on when they could drive etc and their premiums came down as they drove well.
