Paneer makhani, Chana masala and paratha.

Random leftovers - rice from Thursday, baked chicken from last night, pizza from Friday, green beans and green salad from lunch today.

Lunch was from The Quick Roasting Tin, though - pine nut-crusted salmon with shallots, spinach and lentils, roast potatoes, green beans, salad and lemon cheesecake.

Roast chicken, roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots with garlic and rosemary. Braised cabbage, peas and sprouts with garlic, white wine and fennel. Cranberry sauce (still tonnes in freezer from Xmas) and proper gravy.

We're having the ultimate 'can't be arsed' dinner of waffle, egg & beans Smile

Had a Roast Chicken too, with roast potatoes, parsnips, sage and onion stuffing, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, pigs in blankets and Yorkshire puds, proper gravy! (And a large glass of New Zealand Sauvignon blanc for the chef/mummy!) Pudding yet to be decided.

Ooooooh, which NZ Sav Blanc Dawninglory?

@LajesticVantrashell
Did you cook the waffles in the toaster?
