Luncheon vouchers

Hi there,

My son is in receipt of luncheon vouchers (£15 per week).

Is there any way of spending them on-line? I live 2 miles away from my nearest Tesco, have a broken back and am shielding. The vouchers are sent to my son's mobile.

I'm very grateful for them, but spending them has proved testing! Unable to move for 3 days after my last trip.

Many thanks for any advice.

Where are they from? I searched luncheon vouchers & Edenred were the first site to come up & they have a search facility to find your nearest food outlets that accept them. I'm sure the other places will too. If he's 15 he can go to a cafe or similar himself can't he?

When I used to get them as part of my pay they were accepted in all supermarkets, McDonald’s and Burger King. Could have been many more places but those were where I used mine mainly.

Thanks @ZISforstripyoss and PajamasnoDramas.

He is on the spectrum and unfortunately asking him to go on his own is way out of his comfort zone. Hence I don't send him shopping for me. I buy almost everything fresh from local producers and delivered to my door. But the vouchers are great for dry goods to keep us in pasta, flour etc.

I'll do a little more investigation to see what else is available , but nobody is answering telephone enquiries at the moment.

Cheers for your advice :-)
