Hey, I'm 27 weeks today but about a week ago I had really bad leg cramps in my left calf which woke me up in the night, that happened twice with it just being achy during the day. Phoned the community midwife who said it was a potassium deficiency to eat a banana each day which I was doing and was fine untill last night and had the bad cramp again but in both calf's this time which felt like the muscle is ripping and pulling together again. Now they are just really achy and brusied feeling....sorry for the long post 🤐
