In the SE, have you got a virgin Media blackout? Is there any ETA for a fix as I cannot see any on their site.

VIRGIN - absolutely dreadful!!! Now into 3 HOURS holding to get through on the phone!!!! WHAT is going on??? VIRGIN MEDIA WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!

Their website does make it clear on their "contact us" page that some call centres have closed and that they are prioritising vulnerable people and key workers how they know I don't know!).
