Not for me. But I might have done once upon a time. If you like them go ahead. Don't worry about what others think.

Allmyeye · 18/07/2020 19:38

Not a chance but I like the ladybird ones for a child.

Tinyandpetite · 18/07/2020 19:45

I must be odd, I’d totally wear them!

shinynewapple2020 · 18/07/2020 19:46

There is one pair in bright summery colours I would wear on holiday. But then I saw the price ShockShock

cicatrix1 · 18/07/2020 19:46

No I wouldn't wear them.
My gd would love the ladybug ones though...
If they make you happy buy them!!!even if its just to look at.

ChaoticCatling · 18/07/2020 19:48

Watermelon, strawberry, or ladybird, on a child under 5.

fucknuckle · 18/07/2020 19:49

i would wear the watermelon and shanti ones. they’re gorgeous!

Bargebill19 · 18/07/2020 20:06

Yes - I like fun clothes.

userxx · 18/07/2020 20:29

Errrrrr nope.

ResIpsaLoquiturInterAlia · 18/07/2020 20:32

Fine for a little girl up to age 6 or 7 to add a dash of fun and colour to more mainstream less abstract outfits.

Some of the Hot Chocolate Design looks stylish especially the pairs with more matching colours and designs but possibly have a look too at mini melissa? My child has a liking for this Brazilian brand (well me as mum naturally) and there is Mini Mellssa flagship shop in London to check out latest and classics. Other brands are available - not sponsored! For classics and school shoes I prefer Geox and Angulus.

Hiccupiscal · 18/07/2020 20:37

They are hideous, and the more I looked at them the more I love them.
I'm actually considering adding the playing card ones to my wish list Blush

polkadotpixie · 18/07/2020 20:45

No but I'd wear the flamingo or ladybird ones

ShowOfHands · 19/07/2020 00:43

@Herja I was also wearing yellow dungarees with bees on yesterday!

Herja · 19/07/2020 00:56

I love them @ShowOfHands! Run and fly? I have just ordered the corduroy sloth ones for myself as a birthday present. I definitely look a bit like an overgrown child, but they make me so happy...

MrsAvocet · 19/07/2020 01:06

No. I do quite like some of the designs (not the bacon and egg ones) but I think the price is ridiculous for what is basically a pair of fabric pumps. If they were cheap then I would probably wear something like that on holiday as they are quite fun, but I wouldn't spend that much.

dulciepepp · 19/07/2020 01:12

My 2 yr old self would have said nope

Enough4me · 19/07/2020 01:18

No, but I love the blue flowers ones...but not for over £60!

CaptainCorellisPangolin · 19/07/2020 01:24

No but I quite like the atlas ones. Probably wouldn't wear them but would like to be brave enough.

amusedtodeath1 · 19/07/2020 01:44

No, there's no way I could wear different coloured shoes, it's just so very wrong (IMO). I did however get a little interested in the wordsearch ones, then I saw the price Shock.

IdblowJonSnow · 19/07/2020 02:06

Nope. Awful.

Vellichor · 19/07/2020 02:23

Definitely not!

Mnhealth202020 · 19/07/2020 02:47

I feel like the bacon & egg pair are doing too much. Would look better had both shoes matched with a symmetrical design. They’re too niche and don’t quite hit the mark.

Bluewavescrashing · 19/07/2020 05:26

I love kitsch and prints but I'm not at all keen on these. The watermelon ones are the least bad but the non matchiness hurts my head. I wouldn't have anything to wear them with either.

I do have sparkly silver Mary Jane DMs which I love.

If you love them, buy them!

Bluewavescrashing · 19/07/2020 05:31

Hmm I quite like the bananas ones actually. I work in an infant school and the children love it when I wear cute shoes.

Could be cheaper on ebay.

HeronLanyon · 19/07/2020 05:46

No. Absolutely no. To my eye they look like very young children’s’ shoes (and still pretty awful at that age).
God isn’t taste wonderful - how boring would it be if we were all the same. These shoes test that delight in difference to the limit for me.
