Just really looking for advice. We lost our baby at 9 weeks and I had a d&c on the 18th of May, I only got my negative pregnancy test 6 weeks post surgery. We then had unprotected sex a couple of times. Last Wednesday I felt the worst pain in my lower abdomen but it didn't really feel like period pain but it only lasted an hour. since then I have been spotting brown blood but have no other pain. I took a pregnancy test on Thursday that came out negative so I'm confused is this my period...I dont really want to take another pregnancy test and be disappointed as I've had this brown spotting for four days now
