My daughter has depression and anxiety and lives in a house share with her boyfriend in another town. She works as a care worker and is desperate for a hug from me. She knows the rules as I do so like many I haven't hugged her since January now. How long before this is possible is the big question. My heart hurts. How is anyone dealing with this?
