Sentences you never thought you'd say 
I know there must be a rational reason, but last night was so odd, and it's on my mind because I'm avoiding going to bed now!
I woke up last night in the dark, we don't keep any lights on, and I saw a figure at the end of my bed. It looked like a woman's figure, but was kind of light shiny grey like pencil when it catches the light. Then it started to move up in the direction of the ceiling so I lay back down and my phone fell off the bed. Then I felt like someone was lying behind me, almost spooning me, and then I felt a pressure under the arm which was against the mattress like someone was lightly squeezing my arm. And I didn't feel freaked out, comforted if anything, I went back to sleep. The freaked out feeling came in the morning! And in the morning my phone was on the floor where I'd knocked it.
In my teens I had a few episodes of sleep paralysis, but no hallucinations. It must be something in that vein, right? Please give me some logic so I can go to bed!
