Baby movements at 29 weeks

Hi everyone. I'm probably worrying about nothing but I keep being told to call midwife ASAP if I feel a difference in baby moving. The thing is, it hasn't decreased, it's just changed.
I used to get kicks and jabs a lot, but these past few days it's more like movements, I can feel her rolling around or shifting her weight rather than kicking me. I also felt what I believe to be hiccups yesterday. I still get the occasional kick (right in the ribs!!!) but not as much as before.
Is this okay? If she's rolling around, surely that means she's happy & healthy in there?

You need to call your midwife.

It is probably nothing and everything is probably fine but any noticeable change in movements needs to be assessed by a professional.

Call them, they might be happy with those movements but they'll record it at least. Honestly they would always rather you call

I found the same at around 30 weeks. They were a similar frequency but just different - big movements like rolls rather than small kicks and jabs. I didnt call the day assessment unit because from previous experience they put you on monitor to measure how frequently the baby is moving, and she was still moving very frequently. However if you're concerned there is no harm in phoning just to get some reassurance.
