daughter wants a sewing machine

She wants one for her 10th birthday. Any recommendations? I dont mean a Fisher Price toy nor a Samsung computer controlled one for making Opera costumes. Just something she can start to use so when she has her brand in 20 yrs time i know she started right.

I've always had brother machines, they're easy to use

John Lewis homebrand ones are actually Janome, I’ve had a Janome for about 15 years and it’s great. Fairly basic but has managed with everything I’ve thrown at it so far!

Brother LS14s. Not too expensive, very easy to use. I bought my 10 year old one, she loves it
