Where do you find your holiday villa?

We have a lovely house we are thinking of renting out as a holiday villa. Where do people look for this? I would love to know the best place to advertise. Thanks

We use cottages.com or lhhscotland.com as a starting point.

Homeaway.co.uk is good for abroad, we've used that site quite a bit. Good for UK too.

We tend to Google "holiday cottage in [area]" first and then use the results as a jumping off point. You could do that for your location and see what the main sites are?

Thanks Lochjessmonster Ive just emailed Villaplus. They look interesting. I wonder if people are still booking for this year or if it will be next year now... its all pretty new to me!
