We live a looong way from any Ikea store. I ordered some curtain track stuff online and now that we've opened some of it we realise it's not going to work so we'd like to return it. Will they take it back if the packaging is open? (We still have the packaging). Some bits weren't opened at all. I can't get through to anyone in customer services, so hoping someone can advise as I don't want to go on a long wasted journey!
