Really good face mask with adjustable ear straps? Anyone advice best place to buy?

Currently wearing the disposable ones but thinking of investing in one I can wash.

It HAS to have adjustable ear straps or be as comfy as the disposable ones around the ears.

I bought one from a friend who had made a batch, loved the material. Tried it on and my ears were bent so far forward and when you have ears like mine you really don’t want to draw attention to them It wasn’t a good look!

Call me vain but this is going to be the new normal so I want a mask to feel comfortable in

Are the ear straps joined in a loop through the edge seams or stitched in place ?
If the former, pull them round and retie a litter looser or put fresh elastic though ?

Couldnyou buy some elastic and stitch it on so that it goes round your head imstead?

You need to get the thin elastic, the flat 6 or 8mm wide just doesn't not sit well behind your ears.

If the elastic in your masks is in a channel rather than sewn in then just buy some of the thinner stuff and replace it.

I’m rubbish at thinking outside the box so would never have thought of the easy solutions you all advised! @feetfreckles elastic is in a loop, sewed in.

@TorysSuckRevokeArticle50 you’re spot on, it’s the elastic you describe on the mask my friend made, and the one you’ve linked to is the one that is super comfy on the disposable masks. I’ll order some and ‘try’ and rectify it.

I just thought that there are so many now being sold someone might advise on a real good one, super comfy, not drawing attention to the ears and one that you can breathe well in
