Free Prints- part of order missing!

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone used the FreePrints app at all?
I ordered some photos the other day and my order arrived today, but only part of it. I was meant to receive 3 of those small envelopes and only received part 2 and 3. Maybe part 1 got lost in the post!

Has this ever happened to anyone else? I don’t like the thought of my family photos being scattered somewhere on the floor or in a van for someone to pick up!

I have contacted FreePrints to see if the order was sent in two parts, but I seriously doubt it was as the package says part 1 of 1.

Can anyone advise! Thanks.

We use them a lot.
We’ve always been really pleased but the last time we ordered we received our own prints plus two packs of someone else’s!

We managed to track the other person down as some of the photographs had social media usernames and sent them their photographs but as we had 2/3 and 3/3 of their order I don’t know what happened to 1/3 of their order, whether they received it or not.
