Has anyone insured through Confused.com & successfully claimed their reward? Specifically the Shell £20 fuel voucher?
I have jumped through all their ridiculous hoops, specifically designed to put you off claiming, I think. This was on 27 06 20. I have emailed their chat facility just to be told to keep checking.
I have emailed them again today.
Am I wasting my time?
I feel like I should keep on at them, even though it's 'only' £20, that's 1/2 my fuel money for the week.
