Anyone done one of these? I'm thinking it will be really good for the summer... we are all done with creating lovely things for the DCs to do and ditto with "improving tasks" and of course screen time has got ridiculous so...

This list looks like a good start but some things are going to have to be "when we have time/mum and dad aren't busy" or "at the weekend" and some are dangerous ("customise your clothes"!!! or "wash the car" could be risky too!)

Anyone else? Mine are 6 and 8 but neither is that good at writing. I'm afraid there WILL be some "read to a grownup" and "practice your handwriting" in there cos I'm mean.

Can you knit it crotchet? What about teaching them to do this? A scarf fit going back to school.

I can but the 6 year old did 4 rows with me holding her hands and then gave up and the older one has no interest. They can both sew a bit though so that can go in.
