Baby bleeding gums

Hi all, not sure whether to call doctor/dentist for this or whether I'm overreacting! Just noticed 1yo had a bit of blood coming from behind her front teeth. It's probably about 1cm from the teeth so doesn't look like it's linked with the teeth if that makes sense? She's seemed like she's been in pain the last couple of days which I put down to teething, although I couldn't see any teeth coming through..should I call doctor/dentist to have a look or should I just leave it as it's probably a cut? Maybe from eating crisps I guess!

Will try to get a picture, but she won't really let me have a look!

A little bit of blood today only? And is she well otherwise (feeding, alert, lots wet nappies etc?) It does not sound especially worrying but if it does not settle in the next couple of days or gets worse or new symptoms it might be worth getting the GP to check. Hopefully it will be ok by tomorrow.
