Earphones

Can anyone advise me on comfortable ear phones please? I don't want to spend lots as they are mainly for work for On-line meetings and so on. I'm currently using Apple ones that came with my iPhone but my poor ears can't cope. Are there better alternatives or do I need over the ear ones?

I would recommend teotronic ( can't remember how to spell it ) they are headphones rather than earphones .
Very good Bluetooth connection. , I think mine were about £40 two years ago.

I’ve got these. My ears can not cope with things stuck in them normally but these are very comfortable
