Postpartum hair loss

When I had DC1 3 years ago my hair fell out in clumps very quickly

I had DC2 8 weeks ago and no hair loss yet

I have been expecting it to start coming out like before every day

When does it normally start?

Mine started at 4 months with both DC. DD2 is coming up to 7months and it's ramping up!

Mine didn't start until I stopped bfing ds. That was nearly a year ago (after nearly 4 years), and it's only just started to calm down. Luckily I have a lot of hair anyway so didn't affect me too much.

Mine didn’t fall out after my second child til I had a haircut 3 months post partum , then I was shedding everywhere!!

I had a haircut today and mentioned that 9 weeks in I've not had any hair loss yet... he said 3-4 months is when most people lose their hair

No hair loss yet and DS is 7.5mos

Mine was about 4-6 months I think

Mine was about 5months plus normally when I stop breastfeeding or hormones change it was still happening a year later
