Any Mortgage Advisers Out There?

I really want to change jobs atm but I also want to move.

Would it be better to stay put and ride it out until after completion and then change jobs. Would I still be able to get a mortgage if I changed jobs immediately. It would be a joint mortgage with DH.

Ride it out until you’ve moved would be my advice. Or change jobs now and don’t try to move for three months after. Are you staying in the same field of work? Because lenders will ask that is you’ve recently changed jobs, and any breaks between jobs will have to be explained. (Trainee Broker)

Yes I would be staying in the same field and no break, would that make a difference?

It would make it slightly harder, and limit your options by a couple of lenders. Are you a homeowner now? What loan to value are you looking at with your new mortgage?

Yes. We are putting 75% in 25% mortgage. Currently with Nationwide. Any lender you would recommend atm?
