Eczema?

Hi, not sure if this is eczema, i think it could be. I have been using oilatum and also tried using sudacreme in my 5 year old but it doesn’t look any better. Do you think it’s worth getting a go appointment for? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Yes see a gp. I get eczema but I am not sure that is the same

It looks like my eczema when I have a flare up, does it feel hot on the skin?
I'd immediately stop uses sudacrem, it feeds my eczema and makes it much worse. You need a doctors appointment, it will be really sore.
