Can anyone recommend a holiday cottage company that behaved really well with refunds etc. during the pandemic? We had a massive battle with Sykes and only just got a refund for a holiday first week in April. Until then they were just offering to rebook next year with massively hiked prices. We are hoping to go away late September but want to book with a company that might behave a bit better if there is a second wave or anything! I would also like to spend my money with a company that treated people fairly!
