Wondering if any tech people may be able to help.
I'm sat watching Netflix through my so called fibre broadband with no problems. However, my phone and tablet won't connect. They connect for 5 or 10 minutes then auto disconnect an have problems reconnecting.
I'm getting through my 4g allowance on my on my phone pretty quickly. I've disconnected mobile data now but my phone still only reluctantly/briefly connects to the broadband. It's not just my phone it happens to all 3 of my (adult) kids with their MacBook and phones too.
It's an I'm going problem with a run of good days inbetween with no problems at all. Then I get a day like today. It happens even on days like today when I'm at home alone with just Netflix on and my phone, so I don't think it's lots of us using the internet.
It happens in the same room as the router as well as in other rooms in the house - a small 3 bed 1970s semi.
Plusnet deny a problem as the speed is ok.
Can anyone help or advise how I can fix this please.
My internet speed test comes up as fine.
