Telegrams from the queen

DH and DM celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary in sept. I thought I would organise a congratulatory message from the queen. The website says that you shouldnt apply more than 3 weeks in advance

There was no mention to covid 19.. so I wondered if anyone else has organised one of these since March.. and if the message arrived on time

I did for my Grandparents 70th wedding anniversary in May.

Did it the earliest date they allow (thought it was 5 weeks before but not positive) but the telegram arrived about 2 weeks after their anniversary ☹️

I don’t think they had anyone monitoring the applications at that time so it might be different now but I won’t lie, I was disappointed as there was no indication given that there was any kind of delay.

I wanted to organise one form my in laws 60th anniv. Which was in May, However the website wouldn't allow me to continue past a certain point. I ended up phoning them (I think number was on the site)and was told they weren't processing applications due to COVID.
I suggest you give them a ring as it may have changed now.
