Unexpected Item in the Bagging Area!

I'm Shielding, and managed to get a Morrisons Delivery today. I've been limping along(quite literally, actually), relying on Iceland who always have Delivery slots, but don't sell the full range of products I want, so took full advantage.
Unpacking all the bags I found...a Gingerbread Man! He's wearing a green and yellow Morries waistcoat and a BIG chocolate grin! along with a 'Thank You for shopping with Morrisons' sticker.
Reader, I cried - well, almost. Just snivelled a bit. I'm in quite a bit of pain now and seeing that smiley Gingerbread Man looking up at me was,well,unexpected!
So, thank you Morrisons and thank you helpful Morries driver

Anybody else in total love with their Gingerbread Man? (I'm assuming everyone gets one with their Home Delivery).

btw, only one sub AND NO Morries own gin, which is sold out Go on,you lot....who's stockpiled all their Elixir of Life?

I had two Morrisons shops at the beginning of lockdown but after that was unable to get any slots, and so since then have had Asda, and there’s not gingerbread man ☹️

We get Morrisons every month or so and the gingerbread man isn't always there. He seems to have no set schedule of when he turns up, so it's a nice surprise when he does. He's good gingerbread as well.

I now feel sad that I’ve never won the Morrisons ginger bread man lottery. And also a little bit hungry!

Well that's very nice of Morrisons but how long before they have to do a Gingerbread Trans or they'll be boycotted (or should that xcotted)?
