Visiting elderly parents?

Live in UK, parents live in Ireland. They are in their late 70s. We usually visit in the summer and stay with them (me, DH and 3 DCs). I haven't seen them since Xmas, but feel anxious about travelling and staying in their house. No chance of finding a hotel/Air bnb. Would you go and stay with them? We would have to share their bathroom.

Yes. If you are scrupulous with cleaning you should be ok.
