Where are toilets open

I'm waiting in the car for my husband who is in A&E but we aren't in our city. I really need the loo and I'm not allowed in the hospital. Where can I go? I'm in Nuneaton if that helps.

Hope it isn't too late, but there is a website called 'Lockdown Loo Map' where people have marked toilets that are open.

It isn't 100% accurate as is reliant on people adding ones they know about, but it might help ?
