Has anyone done a party exchange’ when buying a new home?
Wondering how it works and if there are pit falls (assume there is).
I’ve seen some lovely new homes near me and I’m tempted but generally people say new homes are overpriced and full of problems don’t they.
Anyone ha opinions or personal experiences?
