I've given up a couple of things this year so far - meat (ethical reasons) and fizzy drinks (I was drinking 2L a day and having side effects).
I'd really, really, really like to give up added sugar.
I've given it up in tea and coffee now for about six weeks (and sadly still haven't got used to it
).
Has anyone given up added sugar?
Did you go cold turkey or reduce over time?
Do you have any tips to make it easier?
How long has it been and do you still miss it?
