I woke up on Wednesday morning with this bruise on my knee. I haven't hit it on anything. I was doing some painting on Tuesday and I was kneeling for a very short amount of time but the other knee is fine.
I don't bruise easily at all and have never had a bruise like this. It isn't painful, although my lower leg has been a tiny bit achy and crampy since then. Only a tiny bit and only sporadically. Could be completely coincidental (or imagined!)
The bruise hasn't changed shape or got bigger.
It's just odd. Any ideas anyone, or 'just one of those things'?
