trying to sort out some orders for my mum, i've been on hold for 30 minutes now

losing the will to live, 30 minutes! ffs

stop saying "if you are looking for an item, why not go online?" I'm not going on line, because i need to talk to a fucking human

Ugh I had to ring Vodafone for something - kept telling me over and over to go to the website. Well I HAD been to the website, I'm not a total idiot - it told me I couldn't do what I needed to do on the website and had to call the customer service number. My blood pressure by the time I talked to a real person was sky high and I think I was much more impatient and cross with the poor person on the other end than if I hadn't listened to the stupid recorded message for 30 mins on repeat.

"Why don't you go to our website where you can do everything" NO YOU CAN'T ffs.

M&S online help once told me they would not refund me for an undelivered order until I had knocked on the doors of all 50 houses in my street to check they didn't have it.
