and what should be included?

It’s in a good state and condition and in the south east.

I’m also in the south east, I had a deep clean on a 3 bed house via an agency and it was £170 with 2 staff.

Each room top to bottom- dusting of ceilings to skirting, lights, curtain poles, cleaning of windows and window sills. Free standing furniture moved and hoovered. Doors/light switches photos frames cleaned.
Full cleaning of bathroom and kitchen including cupboard doors and shelves. Hoovering all floors and mopping of hard floors.

This was 18 months ago and I was very happy with it. I have one of the cleaning staff from the original clean come every 2 weeks for 3 hours for a general clean and one room gets a deep clean each time

I believe we had an end of tenancy clean, admittedly 7 years ago, in the south west. This involved cleaning everything, including fridge, etc., cleaning carpets and oven and it was probably around 250/260.

Thank you.

Berry, did this include an oven clean and inside kitchen cupboards?

Did not include oven cleaning but I could have added this if I wanted

We had one after building works and I thi k we paid £300 but it was our normal cleaner and it was also a bit of compensation for the previous difficult weeks she had.

As the kitchen was brand new she didn’t need to clean any cupboards, we did that before we put all our stuff back in again.

It took her around 7 hours with a decent break for lunch.
