Got to be the cleaning aisle for me. I love a new cleaning product or four

Closely followed by the cold meat aisle (the one with the deli bits, and cheese Grin)

God I'm so old.

Bakery section! Fresh cakes and bread Grin

SweetPetrichor · 10/07/2020 09:25

The gluten free aisle (...well, section of aisle) cause it's where I get a lot of my stuff!

TheGreatWave · 10/07/2020 09:34

sweet I was in Morrisons a couple of weeks back and I noticed that they had the shelf of free from food and then next to it a little fridge and freezer as well. Not seen that in any other shop.

I like the stationary maybe the best.

Ouchjuststoodonlego · 10/07/2020 09:36

The aisle of wonder in aldi or lidl. I love the randomness of a horse blanket next to a power drikk next to a paddling pool and inflatable garden set. Hmm

Failing that probably the sweets and biscuits aisle.

Drill

BearSoFair · 10/07/2020 09:40

The fish counter! DH and DS2 won't even eat 'fishy' fish so I hardly ever buy any of it but the guy who works there makes it look so lovely I always have a little look as I pass.

Favourite aisle we actually buy from - crisps and snacks Blush Grin

00100001 · 10/07/2020 09:44

The hot snack counter at morrisons :D

Iwalkinmyclothing · 10/07/2020 09:44

The Aldi central aisle of madness, of course!

But in a not-Aldi-or-Lidl supermarket, toss up between toiletries and international foods.

Giganticshark · 10/07/2020 09:52

World food. Every time. I work in a supermarket and just love working that aisle. I'm a pretty decent cook and love looking at the ingredients and deciding what to make

MarshmallowsOnToast · 10/07/2020 09:53

Homewares (candles & cushions!) or clothes.

KVlovesWinter · 10/07/2020 09:59

The seasonal aisle in Morrisons especially when it's Christmas time 😁
Spend way too much time and money there

TrueFriendsStabYouInTheFront · 10/07/2020 09:59

Chocolate and homeware aisles!

Pelleas · 10/07/2020 10:04

The books/DVDs section.

TokyoSushi · 10/07/2020 10:06

Shampoo, shower gel etc, and the cleaning aisle, especially looking at the Method products in the pretty bottles!

WinWinnieTheWay · 10/07/2020 10:06

Fruit and veg.

Whenwillthisbeover · 10/07/2020 10:07

World foods for me too. I love seeing unusual ingredients.

taverrn · 10/07/2020 10:10

Oh I love the fish counter too! I used to love looking at all the dead crabs as a kid still do

Meat and fish.

Or homewares - always like a little look at the mugs, in case The Perfect Mug is hiding there.

Camomila · 10/07/2020 11:43

I'm allergic to the cleaning aisle, I feel itchy and cough whenever I go down it.

I like the fruit aisle, the fresh puddings aisle, and the stationary/gift card etc aisle.

magimedi · 10/07/2020 11:44
Gin

Am amazed no ones said that yet - this is Mumsnet Grin

Caramel78 · 10/07/2020 11:45

Chocolate aisle. I also like browsing the magazines

HowLongCanICallitBabyWeight · 10/07/2020 12:02

World foods, like finding something different and often cheaper, ton of coconut milk in Tesco £1.99 in the ingredients bit 99p sometimes 75p in the world foods section because it's an unknown brand. Also big bags of spices and ghee

iklboo · 10/07/2020 12:09

Bread & bakery, cheese, wine.

timeforawine · 10/07/2020 12:12

Cheese, alcohol, sweets :-D

doingitforthefrill · 10/07/2020 12:14

Yes I love the cleaning aisle, and probably spend the longest there! Also love the alcohol aisle..
