Name changed for this and posting for traffic. I am absolutely gutted.
I've been furloughed since March and really struggling to get in touch with work to get any update about my job. Just had a call today to tell me that redundancies are being discussed and I may be in the firing line. They still have to iron out if they can move / change roles, but its not looking great.
My job history isn't great, this is my third redundancy and I've ended up leaving another job due to restructuring. I'm just so tired of it all, I feel like I've been out of it so long and my confidence is really low, the thought of putting myself out there again is just so depressing.
I don't know whether to stick to applying for admin roles and risk a difficult jobs market or retrain. I just don't know where to start.
TBH I don't even know what I'm posting for. I guess I'm just after advice or a bit of a kick up the arse.
