Ear protruding on 5 month old

Hello, I have noticed that my daughter's right ear sticks out considerably. I am not that fussed but I am thinking about how she will deal with it as she gets older. I understand that surgery is an option but would only consider this when she is older (and if its something she wants). However is there anything I can do now which can help? I have read that before two months of age there are moulds which can be used, she is 5 months now.

I haven't ever used them but apparently ear buddies can help. On the website they show results when they were used on a 5 month old baby and you can see the difference. They do seem quite pricy though.
