Hi has anyone else noticed that the payments system has gone to hell lately?
I had a delivery on Friday which they took payment for on Thursday (to make sure that there was money before they pick the order, I get that. I amended on Thursday so they took the same amount again so they had about £160 for what ended up as £50 worth of groceries. It took until yesterday for the difference to be refunded.
I had a slot booked for my SIL who was doing her orders through my account as I have a delivery saver pass and I get a slot for her when I see any. That's for Wednesday evening so I just checked my bank as she was going to add her card tonight and remove the holding items £50 worth of wine. She gave birth last week. 
They have taken £50 tonight, the delivery is Wednesday evening and taking payment 2 days early is not on. The day before is reasonable.
On Saturday, 2 things bounced in my account due to the mess up, another 2 payments go out tomorrow and it's going to happen again. I'm furious as guess who will be stuck with the bank charges.clue..not Asda.
Has this happened anyone else?
