Has anyone used Purple Bricks?

As per the title, what’s your experience?

My mother in laws house is going up for sale and my SIL’s are determined to use Purple Bricks however my H would like to get quotes from other estate agents but his siblings are set on PB.

Does anyone have any opinions?

I found them rubbish. The photos they did were dreadful. I couldn’t get hold of who was supposed to be looking after our account so we swopped to another estate agents. I refused to pay them a penny because of the shit experience.

Awful! I went to view a house and I enquired during the viewing about the large garden... turns out the large garden mentioned in the text and pictures was actually a tiny garden and a picture of the adjoining field.

Thanks all. Thankfully we now have two local estate agents coming on Monday!
