Lidl nappies - night leaks

What is the difference between 4 and 4+? DS is in 4s but has started to leak at night. Do I buy the 4+ for night time?

My friend uses the pampers premium but if 4+ from Lidl do the same job I'd like to save the money.

As far as I know the size is the same, but 4+ has additional padding,, so should work.

My DS leaked through Lidl's all the time. Aldi are okay but I find them a little small. Tesco 4+ with green stars on them are brilliant. Think I pay about £2.99 for 44 nappies or something like that.

I use the ASDA ones for night and they are pretty good too, but definitely go up to the 4+.
