How accurate are dates at scans?

Hi so I’ve been told my due date is 25th November, I had my dating scan but was only 10.5 weeks so they couldn’t do the screening for downs etc so I went back exactly two weeks later and measured 12+6 , then I went for a growth scan when I should have been 16+1 so that put me perfect for dates but I’m worried they may have got it wrong? I’m only worried as I didn’t know my last period date as I have PCOS so I’m not regular and sometimes go a month and a half without one, they are inducing me at 37 weeks exactly and if my dating was off that means baby could be earlier than is safe for baby? Should I trust that three scans have came out with the correct measurements for gestation? TIA ❤️

They are usually correct within a few days, you will have full scan at 20w and another at 34 or 36 at which point inducing plan will be confirmed.

The dating scan is generally the most accurate, so I reckon you’re good to go with 25th November. The later the gestation the less accurate the predicted EDD. Congratulations btw!
