I didn’t realise these were meant to be fried and I need to oven cook them. What temp would people advise and for how long? I don’t have a clue. And would I need foil? Thanks

I wouldn't recommend oven cooking salmon as it will dry out, grilling would be better, about 7 minutes top and bottom. You can remove the sticks and out them on foil to stop any sticking.

Unfortunately I can’t grill them either , I only have use of an oven atm.

I'd do them at 180C for about 10-15 mins

Give them a good oiling first.

I’d wrap in foil and stick in the oven for 10-15 mins.

I'd wrap in foil or baking paper, making a bit of a tent with a splash of oil and cook for 15 mins at 180 or so.

I wrapped in foil for ten mins then put the soy marinade on a cooked open for another 4 mins. Was lovely and not dry, thankfully.
