I'm a blogger with particular, lifelong interest in health, prevention rather than cure, natural therapy (talking therapy, nutrition etc) for us to be at the helm of our own bodies and our health, not dependent on others.
Would anyone be interested in talking to me about nutrition and nourishment, if you are interested in it?
This is because I am building an app (a freemium version and a subscription version) to make it easy for anyone to get all the essential vitamins and minerals in their diet (or supplement correctly to make up any deficiencies). This includes any allergies, intolerances (helps spot them), preferences including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and omnivore.
It can also support those who want to cut a food group out of their diet, for example meat. By seeing plant-based foods that deliver essentials (for example: soy beans, tofu or miso soup delivers amino acids and various micronutrients and vitamins so with a B12 supplement can mean cutting out meat healthily with reassurance by getting the data/information instead of navigating lots of conflicting messages, opinions and fragments of info).
