Hello, I wonder if anyone has been in a similar situation. And can shed any light on what maybe disclosed on an enhanced dbs certificate. I'm applying to university to be adult nurse
In January this year I left my partner due to him being violent towards me. My daughter was in my arms so I reported him to the police. Social services were called as he was on drugs and violent around our kids.
They visited me twice, and started an s47 but it didn't go any further than initial investigation. They were happy kids are safe with me.
My ex partner gave a false allegation to the social worker about me, regarding drugs and alcohol. The social worked said he ssounded like he was under the Influence when she spoke to him on the phone. She followed this up with questioning family and kids nursery. All this information is on the s47 report and its followed up saying that I denied these allegations and there is no evidence to suspect it is true.
I am wondering if this will be disclosed on the enhanced certificate in other information? Will this information be held on my police records?
