Please help! Eczema on DS balls?

DS has had a bad flare up on his eczema this past week I'm just starting to get on top of it.
He was just lying on the sofa crying saying mummy my winky hurts. I see a massive wet patch on him I thought it was wee at the start.

I pulled his boxers down and his balls have swollen and smelly fluid leaking out of them.
I have covered him in steroid cream I don't know if I should ring 111 or wait until tomorrow.

Jesus, yeah 111. Poor little thing. Hope he's OK op

Thanks we're going up to A&E now OH is going to have to leave work. He's just started at as well.
