Period

I’ve got my period it not my usual flow and was four days late is a lot less heavier but when I go to the toilet it’s pretty heavy to wipe but it’s just like spotting in my joggers underwear and I have cramps I’m worried to why it was so late?

Does it matter? There's lots of reasons for it, but most likely it's just a one off. A one off late, missing, early or unusually heavy or unusually light periods are normal and common.
