I think about a stone Sad I had a pizza last night & my stomach bloated and I looked about 9 months pregnant and was falling out of my jeans.

Yes, no idea how much but I'm not impressed with my new figure. Shocked at how long I can just keep eating for.

I’ve put on a stone! I’ve never gained weight like that before (other than during pregnancy). I can’t stop eating either. I think once I’m back to work properly it’ll help.

Three pounds but I needed to lose two stone so it’s not that much more I suppose. Sigh. Going out for evening walks though, even in the rain, is helping me regain control and fight the flab. Grin

Me! But I lost 2lbs this week. I'm trying to walk/run a lot too and getting better for running so that's helping.

10lbs as of this morning.

This is the heavier I’ve been for a long time, I’m quite annoyed with myself.

I’m back to strict 5 2 tomorrow.

Comfort eating and not being able to get out to exercise has been a double blow. I’ve put 11lbs on since February. I’ve managed to lose 5 in the last two weeks.

I knew I'd put on weight but, until I saw some photos of me from today, I hadn't realised quite how much.

I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed with myself. The photos were revolting Sad

I've never been skinny but I've always generally been pretty fit. But all I've been doing for the past nearly 4 months is sitting, eating and drinking. I feel flabby and unfit and have to do something about it asap.

Yeah, about 8 pounds. Comfort eating, and doing what is normally quite a mobile job glued to a screen at home. 8lbs doesn't sound loads, but added on to the spare 20lbs I was already carrying it's far too much.

I've put on 7lbs... I know I've eaten a bit more but I've recently started taking an antidepressant and I am so hungry. Can I blame it on themBlush

I'd already struggled to shift xmas weight (xmas 2018!). Then noticed how round my gut was when sitting down. I started diet and exercise about 4 weeks ago and shifted 5lbs. Slow and steady. I think just not gaining is a win in these circumstances.

Yup. I tried on 6 pairs of jeans yesterday, I could get them on but my goodness did I look horrific in them! I have 2 weeks and then I am going on the Fast800 diet. Most people I know have put on weight because when WFH what else is there to do other than Eat and drink?

Me too. Was going to NC but fek it. I've not weighed myself for almost 2 weeks but it was 16lb gain then, so I reckon it's probably closer to 1 1/2 stone now. Gone from size 14ish to size 18ish.

I will lurk here for a bit cos I know I need to lose weight but I'm not sure I want to yet, as crazy as that sounds Sad.

I'm the same as I was at the start. The only thing that has saved me though is that I've been out running most days on my own, just to get some head space.

Everyone is at home alllll the time!

I haven't gained any weight but I'm still 5kg heavier than pre-baby and DS2 is 5m now, I lost it all in all in a month with DS1 Sad

On the plus side I bought a "fuller bust" bra for the first time ever, I was a small B before children.

Yep - I've put on at least a stone and I'm overweight anyway 😱😱😱

Managed to finally get into a positive headspace over the last week or so -Hope it lasts..
